HYDROFLEX PUR INJECT 01
HYDROFLEX PUR INJECT 01 is a solvent free (solvent free) low viscosity polyurethane injection resin for ground stabilization. It is a material that is harmless to the environment and resistant to biological effects.
Application Areas
• Where waterproofing is required.
• In filling and repair works.
• Crack injections.
• In places exposed to movement in concrete structures and in dilatations to stop water leaks.
• In tunnels, bridges and all building elements.
• Stopping water leaks at the junctions of tunnel segments, injecting curtain wall behind segments.
• Sandy ground, pre-injection into cracked rocks.
• Stabilization of sandy and gravelly soils.
General Properties
• It is hydrophobic.
• It reacts in contact with water, expands and cures and turns into a non-porous, flexible and dense foam.
• Provides absolute water impermeability.
• It has high adhesion strength even in humid environments.
• Resistant to mild acids, alkalis, organic solutions, fungi, mold and micro-organisms.
• Reaction and expansion rate can be controlled.
• There is no harm to health if it comes into contact with drinking water.
